At KR by Ridham, every piece is carefully checked before dispatch. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us — we're here to make it right.

Our Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges (not cash refunds) for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. All issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. WhatsApp us at +91 82900 69395 within 24 hours of delivery
  2. Share your Order ID and clear photos of the item and its packaging
  3. We'll review and respond within 24 hours with next steps
  4. Once approved, ship the item back using a trackable courier service

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or issue store credit of equal value.

In exceptional cases where a replacement is not possible, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Eligible Items

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. To cancel, WhatsApp us immediately after placing your order.
